I am an avid Bruncher, but the Eggs Florentine at Ted's Amsterdam was one of the best I've ever had! Deliciously roasted chestnut mushrooms with perfectly cooked eggs on top of a fresh and crispy Croissant with sauce hollandaise. I can definitely recommend it! The purple smoothie was also great. The interior and atmosphere is relaxed and nicely decorated. I would recommend to reserve up front.
Food is delicious, there are really great options for brunch. We tried avocado salmon toast and chicken sandwich, both were very good. Service was fine. But inside it was quite hot, especially if you seat next to window in sun and the decorations looks very shabby.
Stopped for Brunch as a group while visiting Amsterdam from the United States. Food was okay and the servers were amazing. Very accommodating and friendly. However, the manager ruined the experience. She was rude with poor customer service skills. The restaurant informed us of being full of reservations inside, but they (her and a Server) allowed us to order our food to-go and eat outside on the benches. Benches were currently being used by the public. After we paid, grabbed our drinks and sat down, we went back inside to ask for utensils. I had to reassure the manager that we would return the utensils once finished eating. She gave me 3 sets of utensils and told me we could no longer eat outside. We remained on the bench, but a server came out with table clothes saying the outside area was now booked for reservations & we needed to leave. In the photos you can see how far away the benches are and some had bird poop on them, so they clearly weren’t properly prepared for reservations. The server allowed us to stay after talking with him. Few minutes later, others sat down behind us and were served by the same server. They told us they didn’t have a reservation. Idk what caused the manager to become vile, but the food wasn’t that good to be treated that way.

Really cute restaurant and excellent food! They had lots of options (including gluten free, vegan). The waiters were very accommodating and costumer service was amazing.
The breakfast burrito was divine! Busy place so I would recommend a reservation to be safe. We got there right when it opened and were able to sit without a reservation, but it was getting busy as we finished up. They didn’t have vodka for bloody Mary’s when we got there, but that was the only “negative” because everything else was perfect
